Interactive map of the 18th century family manors
The project for creating an Interactive Map of 18th-Century Noble Residences was developed in collaboration with the Gallery of Matica Srpska in Novi Sad and Dr. Isidora Đurić, as part of the exhibition Nobility. The project involved the development of a multimedia map that allows visitors to explore the locations of former noble residences, accompanied by visual and informational representations of their architecture and cultural significance. The interactive map enables visitors to click on marked locations to access information about each noble residence individually. Each segment features archival photographs, historical depictions, and illustrations that portray what the buildings once looked like. The goal of the project was to present the architectural and cultural heritage of the 18th century in a digital format, through a contemporary depiction of noble residences. With the help of an interactive visual presentation, visitors were given the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the spatial layout, style, and historical significance of these residences.
Results and Impact:
The interactive map allowed visitors to explore the exhibition’s content in a simple and intuitive way and to connect with the cultural and historical heritage of the 18th century.
